Victoria Manley

Victoria, being the true southern belle with roots that have rarely crossed the Mason-Dixon Line, lives in sunny Florida with her husband and their two terribly spoiled dogs. She has been writing since junior high, where she spent countless hours curled up on the front porch swing with her trusty notebook, ink pen, iced tea, and killer Chihuahua.

After winning a ninth grade writing contest, she was prompted by her teacher to expand her stories to books, and soon became a published author. What started out as a simple way to express herself quickly became an obsession, and she has been writing ever since. She has now authored eight books, had several stories published in Clean Sheets and Lady Jessika’s Adult Story Corner, had stories published on the Erotica Readers and Writers Association website, and was the June 2003 winner of the Silver Clitorides Award.

Having an empty nest now also gives Victoria time for g-rated hobbies which include collecting quotes, playing with her pets, photography, traveling, and shopping. Her husband just nudged her and said she should underline “shopping”.

When asked if she had any favorite quotes, she replied, “My genteel southern-born-and-raised mother would tell me to always be nice, quoting; ‘You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.’ My father would chime in about that time, saying, ‘Yes, but you can catch even more with cow manure.'”
